“Very professional. Excellent updates, advised over a week in advance of collection day. On the day of collection there had been heavy snow with very little traffic moving around our small village. We received texts before and on day of collection with a 2 hour collection window. Had a telephone call 30 mins before arrival. Mark arrived within the first hour of the stated window period. Mark and his crew mate were smartly dressed, and very polite and courteous. They removed shoes to come in and assess the item to be moved. They then laid down sheets to protect our carpet as they removed the furniture. I was very impressed by the service and would not hesitate in recommending Ineco Solutions Ltd to others.”
